We are here to help you,
We offer up-to 20 complimentary therapy sessions to individuals from low-income households receiving specific benefits, which include Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, or Jobseeker’s Allowance.
Prior to attending therapy sessions, beneficiaries will undergo an assessment by one of our therapists. Beneficiaries may also be referred by their GP and other health related organisations.
All other services such as activities, seminars, events, information, and will be accessible to everyone without the requirement for assessments.
How to apply
We request essential information to better understand the needs. Please email us with the full name, email, contact number, age (over 18 only), preferred date and time for therapy sessions, details about the issues they are facing, and information about entitled benefits, including a copy of their benefits letter.

Once we receive these details, a dedicated team member organises and verifies the client’s information. Following this, a registered counsellor personally contacts the client to conduct an initial assessment. This assessment involves a comprehensive review of the client’s concerns, utilising an assembly form and a stress check system. The stress check system employs the GAD questionnaire, a tool widely recognised by counselling schools, universities, and the NHS, to identify stress, anxiety, and depression levels.
Upon completion of the assessment, we determine the number of sessions required based on the levels indicated in the GAD report. Subsequently, we coordinate a suitable time for the client and therapist to engage in weekly one-hour sessions,
Spanning a period of 10 to 20 weeks. Typically, such a service would incur a cost of £50 per session, totalling £500 to £1,000 per client. However, we are proud to offer these sessions entirely FREE of charge.
100% of all our funds from paid services, donations, grants and funding will be spent on charitable causes.
