Having written “Counsellor’s Guide to Counselling,” a comprehensive manual for students, trainees, and qualified counsellors, Zachariah Isaac provides practical tools and techniques for addressing mental health issues. This guide covers topics such as mood cycles, thinking styles, anxiety attacks, breathing techniques, and more, offering effective methods for managing mental health symptoms.

In addition to his work with Balance of the Mind, Zach actively promotes mental health awareness through social media platforms like TikTok and YouTube. He also collaborates with institutions such as Bucks New University and CPPD, a leading humanistic integrative counselling training school, to provide practical training and support for student therapists.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Zach and his team prioritise offering up to 20 free counselling sessions for those with low income or receiving benefits. This initiative has already provided over 500 hours of free therapy (Jan-March 2024), supporting individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
Zach continues to expand his efforts to support the community. His dedication to mental health advocacy and education is evident in his ongoing work to offer therapy services, collaborate with educational institutions, and raise awareness about mental health issues.
