Client 'A'

This client was suffering from anxiety, stress symptoms, including disturbed sleeping patterns and under eating. The client was feeling low. having negative thoughts, and constantly feeling anxious.

This is a 122% increase in client A`s health, from session one to session ten by using ISBT.

Client 'B'

This client was suffering from anxiety and having regular panic attacks often twice a day. This client had multiple issues; some of the symptoms included under eating, poor concentration levels, trouble relaxing, and little interest in doing things. This client was constantly worried.

SUMMARY

This step by step guide will help teach counsellors and other mental health professional how to help clients and their patients better manage mental health. This guide will also show mental health practitioners how to conduct sessions and which methods and teachings they should implement and teach their clients.

Showing how most mental health issues and mental illnesses all have similar symptoms, by focusing and helping the clients to reduce their symptoms by using ISBT and CBT, we can help the client manage and help overcome their mental health issues and illnesses.

Our results have shown even people who have been suffering mental health issues for long periods of time can have their symptoms reduced and their life balanced again. This also includes several other mental health issues and how by using this guide we can help people reduce their symptoms. This is based on conducting one to one sessions with the client on a weekly or fortnightly basis for ten sessions,
